Priyankaa Nigam is a student at Westview High School in San Diego, California. She has been actively involved in community service from a young age and is a recipient of the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteering.  Priyankaa's inspiration for Compass 4 Humanity stemmed from personal experiences that revealed the educational challenges faced by refugees and underserved communities.

Under Priyankaa's leadership, Compass 4 Humanity has expanded its scope from aiding refugees in the U.S. to supporting tribal and orphaned children in India as well. Her ambition for Compass 4 Humanity is not just to provide immediate relief but to inspire other young people to become change-makers in their own communities.

Anay Sabhnani is a student at Del Norte High School in San Diego, CA. His avid and continuous participation in Boy Scouts has helped him develop into a responsible and caring leader. Through scouting, he has actively volunteered in a multitude of organizations, schools, and institutions throughout his community. As a youth ambassador for his school's Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, he strives to raise awareness and fundraise in order to support the cause for a cure. Currently, he is working on a project to benefit students and faculty at a local middle school. He hopes that through Compass 4 Humanity he can not only grow as an individual and a leader, but also be able to make a lasting impact through helping those who need it.
